At a walking distance to the beach, there is a well-known public swimming pool establishment among exotic plants and flowers of a tropical garden. Close to Puerto Rico is the beautiful and incredible beach of Amadores (Spanish for “the lover’s beach”), which is well known for its beautiful white sand, crystal clear water and barely any waves. The area offers abundant amenities, with numerous bars and cafes along the beach, easy parking, chairs, parasols for shade and many showers so you’re able to spend all day soaking up the sun. There is also a wheelchair access to the beach. Local buses provide transport from many destinations and are cheap and regular.
